Thomas Enston, the founder of Niche Electrics, has worked in a vast amount of specialised areas in the Electrical industry as an Electrician providing him with a strong knowledge and skill base to undertake any task appointed. All these skills are now brought forward to the operation and running of Niche Electrics.  

These experiences and skills include: 

• Complete Electrical installations for new multi story commercial buildings for a large contracting company. This includes all ground works right through to installation of all cabling and fittings to the final testing and commissioning of the project.
• Design, documentation and consulting of new commercial buildings during their construction phase. Use of AutoCAD and relevant standards to ensure the project is completed to the requirements set out by both the client and the energy provider.
• Fault finding and capacity (load) tests of existing installations. Whether there were intermittent faults or recurring faults, Thomas as tested full installations and repaired any faults that arose. He has performed capacity tests on existing installations to determine whether the power requirements will be sufficient for any future electrical installations.
• General Elevator maintenance and repair, this included, Motor Control, motor starting Techniques and Mechanical trouble shooting for AC and DC motors.
• Additions and alterations to the electrics of existing installations. Right down from a new power point to an upgrade of an existing switchboard.
• Installation of Data, Telephone and TV cabling and systems.
• Design of security and CCTV systems for new commercial projects.
